We want you to love your Wet Water gear as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window  
• You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be:  
• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.  
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Start a Return  
1. Email Wetwaterfishing@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.  
2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.  
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.

Refunds  
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.  
• Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.  
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges  
• At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or color, please  
return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items  
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:  
• Final sale items  
• Gift cards  
• Worn or washed apparel

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
