When will it ship?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day, and launches or holiday sales can take a little longer.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Anywhere in the United States, from Florida. Orders of $99 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Under $99, shipping is calculated at checkout.
How fast?
Choose at checkout: USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, or UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or FedEx 2Day if you need it sooner. Each option shows its estimated delivery time before you pay.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. It needs to be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with the tags attached. Email us with your order number and we will send return instructions. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 business days of the return arriving. Original shipping is not refunded unless we sent the wrong or a defective item.
Wrong size?
We cannot swap items directly. Return the one you have for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
